Spider
control

Spiders are not social insects, they work alone. They are meat eaters, so they only eat other insects. They spin a web to catch their prey.

So knowing this we can set up an IPM program, which Includes web removal interior and exterior, treating and sealing entry points, spot treating and a maintenance program to exterminate the food source.
rodent

Through a very thorough IPM inspection we can determine how they got in, what they are eating, and where they are nesting.

Treatments include baiting, traps, and glue boards. IPM measures are taken by removing the food source and sealing entry points. An outside bait maintenance program is necessary.
bee
Bee control

All bees' nests will be removed from the exterior and interior of the property being treated. Since there are so many species of bees, each nest is treated accordingly.

The focus of the treatment is removing the queen and the nest. If this includes removal by cutting into walls, ceilings, etc., we also offer our services to fix the damage done.
termite
Termite
Control

Termites are a social insect, totally relying on each other to survive. Knowing this, non-repellent chemicals are our strategy of choice.

Termites go through the chemical in the soil and take it back to the colony. By transfer effect the colony is eliminated. LPS is fortunate to be partnered with BASF, the manufacturers of TERMIDOR. The treatments are more effective and less evasive to a property. We also offer termite bait maintenance if that is what the situation calls for.
